Can I book without a maintenance membership?
Yes. You do not need to be a Priority Club member to request repair service. For ongoing care, the Priority Club provides two annual maintenance visits, 15% off eligible repairs and $30 off standard-hours diagnostics. Ask Prime to confirm coverage for your equipment.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your address, a description of the issue, the system type if you know it, and any recent service history will help us plan the visit. You can also share the equipment’s make and model if accessible.
Do you offer after-hours service?
Call Prime to confirm current availability, response expectations and any after-hours rates. Online scheduling access does not guarantee immediate dispatch.
