When to contact Prime
- Preparing equipment for seasonal use
- Following up on uneven comfort or airflow concerns
- Keeping a record of system condition and service
- Planning ongoing care for existing heating and cooling equipment
Start with your home and equipment
A maintenance visit may include thermostat and temperature checks, electrical and capacitor inspection, coil and condensate-drain care, filter checks and equipment-appropriate safety testing. We record findings so you can make informed upkeep decisions. The scope depends on your equipment and condition.
Understand your options
Maintenance can help identify conditions that need attention, but it does not guarantee that a system will never break down. If a fault is found, ask about the recommended work and whether it is included in the visit or requires a separate repair.
What happens next?
- Share the details. Tell us your address, equipment type and the issue or project.
- Confirm the visit. We discuss service availability and whether you need diagnostics, maintenance or an estimate.
- Review the recommendation. Ask about the scope and available options before choosing the next step.

No. You can request a tune-up without joining. For ongoing care, the Priority Club semiannual plan provides two annual visits, 15% off eligible repairs and a reduced diagnostic fee. Ask Prime to confirm coverage for your equipment before enrollment.
How do I arrange service?
